We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure we have the best availability for both models and locations.
However, if you have a specific date in mind, feel free to reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate you!

Once the date is confirmed and the deposit invoice is paid, we’ll schedule a quick Zoom call to chat through the type of model you're after.
We’ll then check availability across both freelance and agency options to find the right fit for your shoot. If you'd prefer us to take care of everything from booking the model to securing the location we can absolutely do that.
It keeps things simple and stress-free on your end, and we’ll just include a small admin fee for the extra coordination on your final invoice.

To secure your shoot date, we require a 10% non-refundable deposit upfront.
The remaining 90% balance will be invoiced and is due within 7 days of the shoot.
Please note that your shoot or service will not be confirmed, and your spot will not be held until we have received the 10% deposit.

Our package deliverables are flexible and can be adjusted based on your specific needs.
We can tailor the scope of the shoot to better align with your vision, whether that involves adding or modifying the number of images, styling elements, or other details.

We absolutely love to travel and are always open to shooting in new locations.
For projects outside of our local area, travel and accommodation costs are typically covered by the client.
We’ll provide a clear, detailed quote for any additional travel expenses so everything’s transparent from the start.

Once your items arrive, we handle everything: creative direction, shooting, editing, and final delivery.

Our standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from the shoot date, but this can vary depending on our schedule.
If you’re working with a deadline, just let us know we’ll always do our best to make it work and will advise you on timelines before we lock anything in.
